The number of guests travelling must not exceed the number of guests as stated at the time of booking (Maximum 10 guests, including children and infants). The house is located in a quiet residential street and no events/large gatherings are permitted. In line with Noosa STA requirements, any excessive noise may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Please note this is split level home with stairs. Access to some of the bedrooms/living areas are across a deck/breezeway located in the centre of the property (undercover).
Air Conditioning is in guests bedrooms three, four and five/bunk room only. There is no Air Conditioning in the master bedroom and guest bedroom two or the main living area.
