The serene master bedroom with breathtaking river views and ensuite are located upstairs along with the second bathroom and twin bedroom with views across the tennis court.
Perfectly situated, this riverfront unit is just a stone’s throw from Quamby Place and Gympie Terraces's array of acclaimed restaurants and eclectic boutiques; while the beauty of Noosa’s pristine Main Beach, wildlife-laden National park and glamorous Hastings Street are less than a 5-minute drive away.

Please note the complex will undergo building works from 20th April to 4th September 2026.
Works include waterproofing, tiling, and general refurbishment across common areas and some balconies. Guests should expect construction noise (including jackhammering, grinding, and tile cutting), particularly during the initial stages.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
There may be temporary changes to access for facilities such as the pool, gym, and reception, with signage in place where required.
Rates have been discounted to reflect these works. We are also happy to assess bookings on a case-by-case basis at the time of enquiry should further consideration be warranted depending on the level of disruption.
