The space

Part of Noosa Pacific Resort, this undeniably-chic penthouse is nestled amongst coconut palms on the banks of the breathtaking Noosa River, and offers panoramic scenes of Noosa's estuary system, as well as unimpeded hinterland, beach and National Park views. Beneath the apartment's domed-glass atrium ceiling, the huge sun-bathed lounge, dining room and kitchen bask in their spectacular surrounds and extend onto extensive, undulating balconies. High ceilings, exceptional finishes and a neutral palate are paired with high-end appliances, open spaces and soaring windows, while fluid lines, curved walls and a spectacular circular staircase further emanate the forms of nature and add to the ultra-luxe allure.

This riverside penthouse located within the Noosa Pacific Waterfront Resort is a 10 minute stroll (850m) to Gympie Terrace and Quamby place.

Noosa Heads Beach, famous Hastings Street and boardwalk through to the National Park are a short 5-minute drive away.

Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach are less than 10 minutes drive away.

Sunshine Coast Airport is a convenient 26-minute drive or a 90-minute drive from Brisbane International Airport.

Uber and Taxi services are available in the area and the local bus stop is only several minutes walk down the street.

The best accomodation in the area! Amazing views, and the rooftop deck could be utilised day or night, rain or sunshine with an automated roof and lighting system, the spa was a bonus! The house was cleaned immaculately and included parking in the basement for one car, with plenty of parking on the street for trailers if required. The resort has its own pool and a jetty kids were catching fish from. Beds were all super comfortable with a second bathroom available for the kids, the kitchen has everything including an ice machine, dishwasher and enough cutlery to feed an army. The platter board was enormous! The upper deck area has a separate drinks fridge and a Webber Q for outdoor cooking. To be honest, it was difficult to leave this property to go and do something else as it was so comfortable! The hosts were amazing, on time and on call as promised. Noosa’s best kept secret! - Steve

This apartment is sensational - incredible views over the river to the heads and also west to the mountains. There is secure parking. Great location. Swimming pool and tennis court. It is superbly resourced in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. There is ample balcony on both levels. There is a BBQ and wine fridge and did I mention the spa with views where a cold champers can be sampled! Matt and Jordana are excellent managers to top it off. - Geoff
